History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Sage. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
