Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a black tunic with green highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has wavy golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Oblar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
