History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carrie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spice Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Spice Merchant and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
