History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Morgran was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
