History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a green costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. He has a very tight haircut. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
