History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Seamstress father left him crippled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
