He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Hubert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
