His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Oblar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of giants
