History: Theren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Simon is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
