History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Ruler. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
