History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Pikar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He uses divination through singing.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Diggory liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After months of barely getting by, Nelkin managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
