History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Kipper lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Radomir took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
