Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gruk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his silver hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Doctor, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A 3'6" eastern man, he wears a blue shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: Zaffrab is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a red armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. He has black eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Sammal was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels threatened by others
