Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears bulky violet painted plate armor. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Halfling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

He is portly but not overly obese. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His half smiles and gold eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born in the north. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family.

Description: He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morgran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with grey slacks. He carries with him a set of kukris, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Namfoodle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Namfoodle. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
