Lance Woodhouse, Male Half-Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His white hair is braided into rings. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Lance was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
Flaws: Antagonistic, Insane. Bonds: Poor, Military, Mentor. Occupation: Baker
Voice: Scottish accent

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Personal [hide]
Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. His crest is copper and very short. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
