History: Born to a Armorer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chem embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Chem lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
