Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Orthog lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cook business.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
