History: Wiggan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
