History: Born in the north to a Miller, Chem learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Chem reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
