History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cressel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cressel never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Taklinn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and sabotage a competitor
