History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Raymond's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
