Description: Runty and weak-looking, he dresses like a well dressed Detective does. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Adelard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: This late middle aged man is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, black shirt, and green tie and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is lengthy. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Rael lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
