Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses like a well dressed Shepherd does. He keeps his long brown fur kept up in a rat tail. He has gleaming, smiling yellow eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Emerald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Emerald liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Description: This man wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a sai on his belt. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His copper crest is matted, messy, and big. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To be a Unemployed again; and expand his business

Description: A 6'0" northern man, he wears a black collared shirt and violet pants. He accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Zed has worked very hard to control his curse. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
