Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Paggen was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Efferil was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Actor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
