Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Wobbles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
