History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Animal Trainer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

His white unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
