Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Uthemar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Carter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
