Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Kelter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
