History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to reunite with his old friends
