History: Oskar was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. A true patriot, Pallabar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his brother
