History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Anselm was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Armorer. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Unemployed profession.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
