Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Joser learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.
