He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born in the north to a Mercenary, Dagger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
