History: Kipper was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. When Kipper reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
