Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Umpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Umpen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born in the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He tends to his Glassblower job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
