Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Wiggan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Barber, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
