History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Cory took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
