He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wiggens fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
