Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Folgûm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
