History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Ortegar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ortegar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Spy soon after.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
