Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Marshal kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Mantus was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
