Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the east to a Servant, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Servant soon after.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barrister for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Thorpe learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is content; and to get a good night's sleep
