Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small pastel clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Fallond is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second daughter.
