History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
