Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arannis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arannis. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a long, pastel, dusty cloak. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Uthemar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Uthemar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
