History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting drow, the young Alex began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
