History: Curran hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Curran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many drow want him driven away

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to find somewhere to settle down
