Kaladan Norixius, Male Dragonborn [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He has no crest. He has red eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kaladan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Bernard Adley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, marred by teas. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Bernard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
