Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He has worked as a Bricklayer like his mother before him.

His gold eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.

Personality: Rhogar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: Rhogar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
