History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Fax never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
